It’s me! Chef Jaida.
We Don’t Cook is a chef-led practice built on care, intention, and real food.
I believe food is the foundation of energy, clarity, and vitality. I cook to support how you live and feel, using beautiful ingredients and menus meant to nourish rather than overwhelm.
My approach is shaped by classical Italian training and time spent studying in Florence, Italy, where food is simple, seasonal, and made with respect for the ingredients and the people eating it.

In-Home Private Chef Services
Open your kitchen to me so I can prepare meals for you and your family. Dishes can be re-heated immediately or kept frozen.
You have the option to buy your own groceries, or I can provide this service as well.
Private Dinner Parties
Don’t stress about the food while you’re hosting your next event!
Perfect for holidays, special occasions like girls’ nights, bachelorette parties, or book clubs.
Special Events

Whenever possible, I source locally and work with high-quality seasonal ingredients.
I am mindful about how food is prepared, avoiding industrial seed oils and instead cooking with traditional fats like olive oil and beef tallow when it makes sense.
To me, how food is cooked matters just as much as what is on the plate.
